Our laundromat is open from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Last wash is at 10:00 p.m.
Yes, our laundromat is attended from 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Our machines take both coins and the PayRange app.
We have 60 and 80 pound machines that can do multiple loads at a time or handle big, bulky items like comforters.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can drop off your clothes for us to wash and fold anytime between 6:00 a.m. - 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
We use the highly rated Kirkland detergent when we wash your clothes but you can upgrade to Tide or Gain. We also offer All Free & Clear for people with sensitive skin and allergies for no additional charge.
Our fluff and fold service is only $1.99 a pound for next day service. If you need your clean clothes back the same day you must drop them off before noon and the cost is $2.24 a pound.
Our minimum for fluff and fold is $25.
For regular service, your clean laundry will be ready for pick up the next day. We also offer a same day service. You will receive a text message when your laundry is done.
No, we do not. We never mix your laundry with anyone else's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
We offer our pickup and delivery service on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
If you know that you would like regular laundry pickup service, you can sign up for weekly or biweekly service. This service will be $1.99 a pound. If you want one-time service or sporadic service without any commitment of future orders, it is $2.24 a pound.
There is a $45 minimum order for pickup and delivery.
Your washed and folded clothes will be returned to you on the next delivery day. (Friday pickups will be delivered on Monday)
It is easy. Just click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not! Just note in the driver's section where you will be leaving your laundry, so they know where to look for it.
When placing your order online, you'll find a section labeled 'Preferences' where you can let us know if you have any special laundry instructions. Additionally, there's a 'Special Laundry Instructions' section for requests specific to the current order, such as spot treating a stain on an item.
No, you don't. We never ask you to sign a contract. We know you will still with us as long as we continue to provide exceptional service.
When you place your order, we will ask for your credit card information. Your card will not be charged until your order is complete.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
You can suspend your account until you return from your vacation. Just log into your account and put your service on hold until you return.
